O Goshi (Major Hip)

O Goshi (Major Hip) - Breaking your opponents balance to their front while stepping in and wrapping your arm around their waist. Then sticking your hips way in front with your knees bent, then straightening your knees rotating your upper body and pulling your opponent over your hip.
