Seionage (Shoulder Throw) - There are two versions of this technique. Morote Seionage involves breaking your opponents balance to their front and tucking your elbow under their armpit on the other side, then sticking your hips in front with your knees bent, and then straitening your knees while rotating your shoulders. Ippon Seionage is very much the same instead you let go of the collar and drive the inside of your elbow into your opponent's armpit and clamping it as you rotate your shoulders and straighten your legs.
