Judo Ontario is the official governing body for the sport of judo in Ontario.

Judo Ontario requires the head instructors for each of their registered clubs to be a minimum rank of black belt and to achieve/maintain N.C.C.P. Level 2 certification under the National Coaching Certification Program recognized by Sport Canada.
This ensures instruction is safe, professional, and consistent across the province and nationally. Aside from top notch instruction, members of Judo Ontario also receive many other benefits including:
- The ability to participate in official competitions, and for those who excel at the sport, the means to compete internationally and at the Olympics
- Access to clinics from other instructors across the province and around the world
- Recognition of rank from other clubs across Canada
- Frequent updates from the Association
- And more!
